I've been taking some time off and apologize for not having my blog up to date. The weather has turned cool and suddenly it feels like Autumn here in Bucks County! Bright sunshine, sapphire skies, and a nip in the air - it was in the 50s last night. Let's hope it stays around a while.
I finished this art doll and listed her on eBay last night. Her name is Magickal Marlo. She's a Victorian style tarot witch complete with tiny cards I made from images of an antique deck. Can't you picture her sitting in a carnival tent at the turn of the century waiting to read your cards?
Magickal Marlo is 25" high and can sit or be hung (her knees and elbows are tied). She's made of cotton stuffed with polyfil and her face, hands and shoes are hand painted.
You will find her here if you would like to see more photos:
Thanks so much for viewing my art. Have a wonderful day!

Lisa, she is fantastic! I had to go check her auction out. The colors in her dress are so beautiful and of course her face is wonderful. Just a great job! Tammy
